Refund Policy

We will respond to your emails within 48 hours of receiving your request (counted as working days) and this from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Please note that we refuse returns for the following products:

  • Dirty or machine-washed products (with some exceptions)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of October 25, 2011, as transposed in France, you have the possibility of using your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of your order (at home).

RETURNS OF PRODUCTS BY MAIL (ONLY FOR ONLINE ORDERS)

For any purchase made online, you have a 14 day return period from the date of receipt of your package (at home)

If you want return an online order in order to obtain a refund , you will find the return procedure below:

To return a product, you must return it to us (within 14 days of receipt of your order, beyond which your request will not be processed) to:

With a small note indicating that it is a return + your order number or the email address with which you ordered.

Also be sure to keep your package tracking number as you will be asked for it as proof of shipment of your product.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

WHEN WILL I BE REIMBURSED ONCE I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM?

We will refund you within 2 weeks of sending your package (i.e. 15 working days not counting weekends and public holidays), this period includes the receipt of the products by our services but also their processing (which alone can take up to 3 working days during peak periods).

All our refunds are made on the same means of payment as that used at the time of the order and love signature reserves the right to deduct from the refund any amount for returned products that are damaged. You will be refunded the amount corresponding to the price of the returned products excluding delivery costs, if applicable (except for standard shipping costs in the event of use of the right of withdrawal).

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item worth €90 or more, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or insure your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to appear officially.

Then contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotion items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY, ARTICLES L. 217-4 AND FOLLOWING OF THE CONSUMER CODE AND GUARANTEE AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS, ARTICLES 1641 AND FOLLOWING OF THE CIVIL CODE

All Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects of articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code:

Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code
The seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when this has been charged to him by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.

Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code
The property is in accordance with the contract:
1º If it is specific to the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable:

- if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- if it has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
2º Or if it has the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or is suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the seller's attention and which the latter has accepted.

Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code
The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the goods.

Article 1641 of the Civil Code.
The seller is bound by the guarantee on account of the hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have given a lower price for it, if he had known of them.

Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code
The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
