What is the concept of love signature in concrete terms?

The concept of this brand is to make you wear original quality clothes embroidered on the theme of love.

The designs are unisex and the t-shirt is 100% organic cotton.

Where do the t-shirts come from?

The t-shirts come from three production workshops: French, Bangladeshi and Portuguese.

Where is the embroidery done?

The embroidery is done under the sun, in Nice more precisely.

Sustainability and certifications

The workshops have two certifications: GOTS and Oeko-Tex, which implies several things:
  • The production system tends to be as clean and sustainable as possible. Promotion of the use of organic fibers , organic cottons without any GMOs, without pesticides.
  • Proper treatment of all people involved in the production chain.
  • Works only with renewable resources and recycled materials to minimize environmental impact.
  • Prohibition of hazardous inputs such as toxic heavy metals, aromatic solvents, etc.  

How to take care of the t-shirt?

To continue to have iron health, the t-shirt needs to be washed inside out at 30 degrees max and if you want to spin it, press the button 400 rpm, no more! Above all, do not put it in the dryer. And of course, iron inside out. Are we cool? :)

What are the delivery times ?

Our delivery times vary between 5 to 7 working days.

Who will deliver my order and how can I track it?

We work with Mondial Relay.

How can I be sure that my order has been taken into account?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email when you confirmed your order, check your spam/junk box or contact our support directly and we will check whether your order has been taken into account or not.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel the order, it is necessary to do so within 24 hours after placing the order, we will cancel your order and refund you via your payment method.
You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped.

How to make a return? Is it paying?

Yes, returns for exchange are your responsibility.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Products delivered that are defective or do not comply with your order may be returned. The return costs, in this case, are at our expense.
